Myself and Jim would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came and said hello to us at ToyCon UK, and an even bigger thank you to those who purchased something from us. We would also like to congratulate the organisers on a fantastic job! We can’t wait for next year!
We have a few prints and toys left over from the show. We would like to offer these up to those who couldn’t make the event. They will available on a first come first served basis in our store from 6pm London time on Thursday the 11th.
We have taken the untouchable KAWS and given him the classic Rebel Scum Carbonite treatment. Conceived by JazzyDan and DanDMS, sculpted, customized, cast and painted by Dan DMS. With the packaging designed by Mimic and printed by JazzyDan.
There will be 2 colours for this release, with only 6 pieces of each colour produced. The gunmetal version will be available from the Monsters & Mecha stand and the Silver and Black version will be available from the fugi.me booth. Priced at £35 each, the cards will be hand signed by both Dan DMS and JazzyDan. We asked Mimic to sign them to, but he muttered something about being too busy eating chicken.
Can’t wait for you guys to add these to your toy collections, your gonna love em! It’s either that or The Rebel Scum come find you and force you to buy them!
We are so excited to be teaming up with Mimic one last time. This time for ToyCon UK. As you know Mimic has retired, and hung up his, paints, pens and sculpey. His swan song to us, these amazing prints.

These will be sized at A5 and available in a twin pack. Printed on a thick 350gsm card stock, hand embossed and numbered. Limited to 25 sets, priced at just £5 per set.
Next we have Mimic’s superb Adventure Time design. Only 20 of these will be released. A3 in size, hand embossed and numbered, priced at just £15 each.

I tried to get Mimic to leave is with a detailed hypotheses, but all he said was the following “Its been fun and i wrote a lil song: Deadventure time,
C’mon, stab your friends,
We’ll go to very twisted Lands
Now wake the dead,
And skin the Human,
The Screams’ll never end, It’s Deadventure Time! “

Coming this Sunday (9/12/12) at 6pm London Time. We are proud to announce our next print release. Designed by the amazing UK artist Mimic, we have the Mickey Trooper print (pictured here). An amazing mash up of Micky Mouse and a Storm Trooper, to Celebrate or Commiserate (whichever you prefer) the purchase of the Star Wars franchise by Disney.
Mimic actually conceived this design, in 2010 like some creative premonition.
“Living on the Sunny South Coast of England, I often look from my window out to sea, where my mind wonders to other worlds. I dwell mostly here on a plane between dream and awareness, among the mass of pop culture, sci-fi and horror that I love so much. Occasionally something will slip through on to my screen and this piece just happened to emerge one summer day.” Mimic 3/12/12
