Our Terms

These terms and conditions shall be the only terms of contract between fugi.me and the customer. No other conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing.

  • Goods are subject to stock availability.
  • Alterations to orders cannot be made once an order has been processed.  Any alterations may be deemed as a new order and will be liable for delivery charges if appropriate.
  • No responsibility will be accepted by fugi.me for damage or injury resulting from accidental misuse.
  • fugi.me reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
  • Please note that shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order and will be shown after entering your payment details. You will not be charged for the item until you have selected the postage.

Our Prices

All prices advertised are subject to delivery charges at the current rate. fugi.me reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Please note that all orders are processed using GBP currency.

Conditions of payment

Payment is due immediately through our website. Failure to comply with payment terms can result in the order being cancelled. We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. We remain owners of the goods you purchase until payment has been made in full. We can resell them if they are not paid for within 24 hours.


Our policy lasts 14 working days. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. If you wanting to return your item please email us.

Damaged goods

If the product(s) arrived damaged, a claim must be brought to our attention within 5 working days of receiving the product. If required, a replacement will be dispatched to you within 14 working days of receipt of the damaged item. To complete your return, we will require your order number. Please contact us for return address details and keep hold of your receipt once posted as we will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)

If a product purchased in a sale is to be returned to us, only the sale price will be refunded to you even if the product is no longer a sale item.

Shipping Information:

We ship worldwide.

Please note that UK mainland deliveries sent with Royal mail usually take 1-4 working days for delivery. International Signed for deliveries may take up to 14 working days. Most items arrive with our customers within the estimated delivery times, however Royal Mail delays do occasionally happen.

Shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order and will be shown after entering your payment details. Please note that some countries outside of the EU may be subject to import/tax charges – any applicable charges are to be paid by the receiving customer and not fugi.me. If you would like to know more about import charges please check with your countries postal system. If you would like further information on shipping costs/services please contact us.


Please allow deliveries to arrive up until 6pm. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If you refuse delivery of your goods or are not available to sign for them and as a result the goods are returned to us, a delivery charge will still apply (including where you have received free delivery).

Pre Orders:

Please be aware pre order dates can change. Dates given in the products description are those set by the artist. When placing an order for a Pre Order item please note that any other items purchased in the same order will be held back until all items have arrived. If you wish to have other items from your order dispatched before your pre order arrives there will be an additional delivery charge. Payment is taken upon completion of the order and not when the order ships. You accept these terms when placing an order for an item that is on pre order. If you have any further questions regarding pre orders please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Errors:

We will assume that all goods delivered are in good condition. If when you open the delivery there are any discrepancies or damages, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.
